For EU Countries : We are using new IOSS system in our shop. With this system the VAT of your country will already be paid in our store (at check out) and there will be no further costs or fees at import.

Returns for Surprise sets: Please note that there are no returns on any Surprise sets purchases.

Exchange of discounted products: We do not accept exchange requests for discounted products. However, if a customer returns the product, we will refund them the discounted sale price of the product.
a.Product Returns and Refunds: If the product is returned to us, we will refund the customer the discounted sale price as soon as the product is received by us. The refund will be processed using the payment method used by the customer.
b.Shipping Costs: All our products undergo thorough inspection before shipping. Therefore, in case of a return, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. The customer is required to cover the shipping expenses.
