Validity GTC

 

The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to all orders placed and contracts concluded (hereinafter referred to as "Order") via the online store of Telatar Ingenuer Büro (hereinafter referred to as ("sweet-celines.com", "we", "us" or "our"). These terms and conditions apply to Telatar Schönheit Gesundheit in: Bahnhofstrasse 37, 9475 Sevelen.

sweet-celines.com reserves the right to change the GTC. The version of the GTC valid at the time of the order is decisive in each case, which cannot be changed unilaterally for this order.


By submitting an order, the customer expressly agrees to these GTC. All orders are binding. Delivery dates are not binding. In case of delay in delivery you will be informed by e-mail. You have the possibility, if the delivery has not yet been sent, to have it cancelled.

 

Delivery
If one of the items you ordered is not in stock, the delivery of the remaining items is not affected. Missing items will be delivered to you as soon as possible. In the case of redelivery, if the address is incorrect, the recipient will bear the/all shipping costs incurred.

 

Prices
Since we always want to offer you the best possible price of our products, it may happen that the prices of individual products can be changed in the meantime. In general, the price that is listed on our website at the time of your order will be charged. Delayed delivery never leads to a price reduction. We reserve the right to make price and product range changes as well as technical changes. All offers are subject to change. Errors and misprints excepted.

 

International customers - Import duties, taxes and fees are unfortunately not included in the item price or shipping costs. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Check with your country`s customs office for additional charges prior to purchase. Sweet Celine`s is not responsible for any additional fees or customs charges your country may impose when retrieving your package.

 

For EU Countries : We are using new IOSS system in our shop. With this system the VAT of your country will already be paid in our store (at check out) and there will be no further costs or fees at import.

 

Exchanges/False Deliveries
Wrong deliveries, transport damages and manufacturer's defects on the delivered products will be exchanged. However, liability is limited to replacement delivery. Claims for cancellation of the contract or reduction of payment are excluded, provided that a replacement delivery is possible within a reasonable period. In case of wrong deliveries and manufacturer's defects "Sweet Celine`s" must be informed immediately. In case of wrong deliveries, the claimed goods must be returned to Sweet Celine`s with a corresponding note within 10 days (postmark). In case of damage to the articles during transport, a claim must be made within 48 hours, otherwise the right to a free replacement will expire. In case of failure to return the goods or if we are unable to detect any defects in the goods complained about or only defects caused by the buyer, the buyer shall bear the costs of the replacement delivery.

 

Returns for Surprise sets: Please note that there are no returns on any Surprise sets purchases.

Exchange of discounted products: We do not accept exchange requests for discounted products. However, if a customer returns the product, we will refund them the discounted sale price of the product.

  1. Product Returns and Refunds: If the product is returned to us, we will refund the customer the discounted sale price as soon as the product is received by us. The refund will be processed using the payment method used by the customer.

  2. Shipping Costs: All our products undergo thorough inspection before shipping. Therefore, in case of a return, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. The customer is required to cover the shipping expenses.

 

Complaints
Can be made in writing within 10 days of receipt of the goods.

 

Accepted payment methods

Orders can be paid via PayPal, credit card (Mastercard, Visa) or by prepayment. 

Invoicing
There is one invoice per shipment. The invoice is sent with the email.

 

 

Data protection
The data necessary for the business transaction will be stored and, if necessary, forwarded to companies entrusted with shipping and invoicing as part of the order processing. All personal data will be treated confidentially.

 

Liability
Sweet Celine`s excludes to the extent permitted by law any liability for the delivered / sold products.
